Le Roman d'Ysengrin illustrated re-adaptation
of the medieval French novel le Roman de Renart.
This novel is a remix of the stories of the Roman de Renart in order to focus the story only on the Wolf, made in 2022.
I wanted to present the wolf as a martirised and victim character contrary to the original aspect of the work which puts forward the fox.
I replaced the comic and childish aspect by a more realistic and bloody aspect all this without changing a word of the original work.
This work seeks to demonstrate the power of images on a text.
